CII ORDERS
Practices in paper copy are available for ordering. The prices apply
only to PIP nonmembers. It will be necessary to make note of the number, title,
and price the Practice(s) before proceeding. PIP Practice(s) orders are placed
through the CII order desk. PIP Practices can be ordered by one of four
methods. Please provide the information required on the Manual Order Form at

All orders will include shipping and handling charges at cost.
